DEBURRING
Deburring, which consists of separating the parts from the moulding, can be carried out in different ways, depending on the technical characteristics of the product.
From simple ‘MANUAL’ or tear-off deburring to deburring using specialised equipment.
Our team, in consultation with the customer, will choose the most suitable method for each requirement and our employees will guarantee an optimal result.

CRYOGENIC DEBURRING:
By utilising the cooling properties of nitrogen, through dedicated equipment, we can proceed to the elimination of processing burrs.
Once cooled, the gaskets are deburred by impact with grit from the deburring mill.
The additional proposal of a cryogenic deburring service, as well as the other additional processes we offer, allow us to provide the customer with an all-round service in order to avoid costly and time-consuming material handling between different companies.
