Each operation is carried out by experienced operators who are technically trained to detect the slightest defect.
The careful sorting process, depending on the size of the seal and the customer’s requirements, can also be carried out using LENS and/or MICROSCOPE. Our sorting tables are in fact of the latest generation and equipped with the most advanced technical instruments.
All products, after the first sorting stage, then go through the final quality control before delivery to the customer.
RECTIFICATION:
If necessary, we can offer a rectification service.
Processing is carried out using tumblers to remove residual burrs through the use of different grits and water.
The additional proposal of a tumbling service, as well as the other additional workings we offer, allow us to guarantee the customer an all-round service in order to avoid costly and time-consuming material handling between different companies.
Washing, Talcature, Graffetting:
DP Rubber can offer a complete service to complete the process.
WASHING
In special equipment, the seals are washed and dried.
TALCATURE
Application of talcum powder to release the gaskets.
GRAFFETTING
Application of graffite powder.
